AUSTRALIA

Please note all pieces are made to order, so please give us time to create your item/s. Items are posted with a registered Australia Post tracking number, and we charge a flat rate of $15 (regardless of how many items you have ordered). Please allow between 7-10 business days. If you wish to receive your order by a certain date please get in touch with us to discuss this possibility. 

Please note that Australia Post is currently experiencing significant delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

If your parcel is returned to us due to a changed address, and we were not informed of this changed address before sending, we will require an additional shipping fee to resend your parcel.

International

Yes we do ship outside of Australia! Countries outside Australia should receive orders in approximately 14-20 working days. We charge a flat rate of $25 to ship international orders which contain up to two items. For international orders that contain more than two items, shipping will be calculated by our team on a case-by-case basis, and a separate invoice covering shipping costs may be sent to the customer (via PayPal) if it is significantly more than $25 to post. The best way to work out the cost of your shipping before completing the purchase would be to email a screenshot of your cart to us at customerservice@hersoulisacarnival.com.au and we can provide you with a quote.

All of our postal charges do not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.
